Procedures required when replacing old SBC with SM400 series mass pro
% {5 g# B, e  y/ t6 g$ s, _$ y+ Wduction SBC.
1. Backup MMI fold of the existing equipment into D or E drive.
. m  y" K. d+ D5 L0 k3 P4 i2. Disconnect old SBC from rack.
3. Disconnect cooler and memory from old SBC.
7 t: D; ]! c7 u" s4. Install new CPU at new SBC and assemble cooler disconnected from the existing SBC.
) `  n6 v$ \* F# f! q+ h! P. S- `. L(Never use Intel Cooler included in the box CPU because of weak durability.)
' C" q) ?3 M# a8 b$ n+ R5. Mount the memory disconnected from old SBC.
" H. G! t2 o# J1 b: s6. Assemble SBC at rack and install the supplied Com Port bracket, if the facility uses IT,
and connect it to SBC Com Port Connector.
7. Receive SM400 Series XP Embedded SP3 ISO file from KT Hard, built Recovery DVD, and
then install only OS at C drive of hard disk.
9 a- e# q  ~/ t+ }2 Q( I! ~3 s8. After a completion of Recovery and PnP process, reboot again and install MMI.
- s+ o& A% z3 N9 t) s9. Overwrite system/PCB folder of back-up MMI into C:\SmartMMI.
