三星cp40开机MMI软件进不去

When I start the machine, Samsung CP40MMI can’t loading finish,

Then I saw the message “Failed to create empty document”, I press “OK”
3 Z: Y% R+ ?- `& C; T- eThen I saw the message “Loading SYSTEM data to DPRAM is failed”, I press “OK”
Then I saw the message “Exits from windows”
