三星贴片机SM411 - Amp alarm is detected in H1R-M1 axis

生产中经常出现这个错误，咋回事啊

1. When the error happen, especially Axis alarm error relating to Servo axis,
- W; i9 M/ [# z6 I7 Z( ^   we open the rear cover and check the error code displayed on the Servo driver.
  y" M- }" E* B. U   After that, we find the code in the manual to get some clue.

. j; P' T6 i7 A2. You can swap the electrical device or cables such as a motor driver or a encoder cable
3 G2 p2 N( \9 ?/ F+ m- H. j9 s   when there are another same device.
   In your case, you can swap the rear mirror axis driver with the front one.

& c9 x0 a& @2 W9 s* X9 `3. Bad connection of connectors.
! a5 N5 L  C3 {   - Encoder connector at both side of the amplifer and the motor.
   - All cable on the amplifer.
   - Command cable from the Axis control board to the amplifer.
