Defective MMI booting (assert failure occurred)
[Cause]
1.  The Windows system file is damaged
2.  The SBC board is not properly inserted into the back plane board slot
3.  The MVME 3100 board is defective (for SM machine)
  Applicable to SM-Series machines except for SM471 machines.
4.  Defective communication between the PCI I/O board and the CAN master board (for SMseries machines)
  Applicable to SM-Series machines except for SLM, SM471, 481, 482 machines.
[How to Check]
1.  Perform HDD recovery and reinstall the MMI. Then check whether the same problem occurs
2.  Remove the SBC board from the back plane board slot. Then insert it properly and check
whether the same problem occurs
3.  Replace the MVME 3100 board and check whether the same problem occurs
4.  Remove the PCI I/O board from the back plane board slot. Then insert it properly and check
whether the same problem occurs
